Rflow is an AI-powered R coding assistant that provides:

• AI-assisted data analysis using Claude Sonnet 4.5
• Code generation and debugging support
• File analysis and visualization capabilities
• Integration with RStudio

3. User Accounts and API Keys

3.1 Trial Access

New users receive 3 free messages to evaluate the service. No account creation or payment information is required for trial access.

3.2 Paid Access

Paid access requires purchasing an API key through our payment system. Available plans:

• Starter Pack: $9.99 for 50 messages
• Pro Pack: $25.00 for 150 messages

3.3 API Key Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your API key confidential
• All activity that occurs under your API key
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are in USD and are subject to change with notice. Current pricing is displayed on our website.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service:

• All sales are final once the API key is delivered
• Unused messages do not expire but cannot be refunded
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your API key with others
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Use automated systems to abuse the service
• Generate content that violates Anthropic's usage policies
• Resell or redistribute access to the service

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the service
• Error-free operation
• Specific response times or accuracy

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

Rflow, its logo, and all related materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to your data and code. We do not claim ownership of content you create using Rflow.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Claude AI is subject to Anthropic's terms. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Rflow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Your data stays local on your machine
• API requests are sent to Anthropic's Claude API
• We store minimal data (API keys and usage counts)
• We do not sell your data to third parties

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Rflow is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
• We are not responsible for AI-generated content accuracy

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rflow and its operators from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Third-Party Services

Rflow integrates with:

• Anthropic Claude: Subject to Anthropic's terms and policies
• Stripe: Payment processing subject to Stripe's terms

We are not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the service:

• For violation of these terms
• For fraudulent or abusive behavior
• At our discretion with or without notice

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective:
